Objective

To contact listeners and gather feedback on their familiarity and engagement with local radio stations across Canada in order to provide data analytics back to client and improve overall listener experience.

Duration:

KPI Targets:  Surveys per Hour (SPH), Gain Audience Listenership through contest participation.

Results:

We exceeded all SPH targets by 15% within the initial launch of the project and are have increased overall market survey production by 25%.
